Also, if you are competing please complete the “Medical Form” which is a link to a jotform in this attached circular for every child competing. I cannot do this for you and you will not be able to compete without it. It is due by Sunday 14/11/21 at the latest. Just a warning I also cannot see if you have not done this and remind you sorry!
